Hibachi Buffet & Grill

Very hard to understand the person taking the order. Food arrives no plates no forks and a call back and the female manager tries to blame the driver who had trouble finding us as the order taker couldn't understand English. Most of the food was "just OK" but the beef and snow peas was sour when you opened the carton....had to throw it in the garbage...might be a job for the Minot Health Inspector. Just passing through...beautiful city....would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Sorry but that is the truth and I have eaten this type of food all over the USA and Canada!

An average Buffett in Minot charges roughly 10 dollars per person I'm ok with that but seriously where does it go in this place the table clearer/greeters were the most courteous, so there's one possibility but on a Friday afternoon with a 40% seated capacity there shouldn't be an excuse for empty stations ie the rice remained empty for 20 minutes other stations looked like it was about closing time at 545 pm !!! Would have loved to try "hibachi" had the chef not played hide and go seek! But because the immediate staff were nice I will give this place another chance over China star!
