Linon Home Decor Products Inc

Linon Home Decor is not a very good company to buy furniture from for one simple reason, poor customer service. My mother bought a hallway bench from them and it was missing a part. I called their customer service and was promptly told by the operator that they do not have parts. My mother bought this bench over a month ago and I haven't been able to make it over to her house to put it together quickly enough to discover that the box was missing a piece. When I discovered this I called Linon to try to have the missing part replaced, but like I said the operator said that it was out of warranty and to try to go to a hardware store. Bad customer service is all I can say about a company that makes very cheap feeling furniture.
