Overall

I have never felt appreciated as a customer before as I did here at Sunbusters. Doug took the time to answer all my questions without me feeling like I was bothering him. I left with a brand new looking car and I will recommend him to everyone!

This is the 3rd car I have taken to Sunbusters and I have never had any issues. The tint lasts forever and the customer service is great! I even get a discount each time for being a repeat customer! Love it here

I had my Acura TL tinted here last week and the customer service and price was great! He had a wide selection (I chose 20% black) and I could watch him tint my car the entire time! He had 3 other cars there but completed them so quickly and gave me a discount for having to wait a little longer than expected. Which, honestly, I thought it was quick! Thank you Doug for a great job I will recommend you to all my friends!

Overall

I had my 2013 ford Taurus tinted at Sunbusters and I will recommend them to everyone! Doug, the owner, went out of his way to make sure I was happy. The tint is way better than the last tint shop I went to (which peeled within a year) and he offers a lifetime warranty with any shop that uses the same film! Great price great service. I don't know what those negative reviews are all about

I hired Sunbusters to install film on a picture window to protect my furniture from the sun.

I paid him in full for the job, about $300.00. He

had done some windows for me before and I was very satisfied so I thought it would be ok. to

pay him before he did the job. I never saw Doug again. A couple of times he answered his phone and we made an appointment, but he never showed up. He will not return calls so I

believe that he just took the money and ran. I suppose I will have to take him to small claims

court but I am not well so it will be very difficult

There no longer there!....a couple yrs back there building burnt down, so they r currently renting a garbage like spot off 50th Good Hope Rd....I went there last yr I wasn't pleased at all....the guy didn't tell me that he didn't have my rear window tint size until after he started smh...so I lefted there with only side windows done....within 3 days I attempted to roll down my back window n they got stuck...basically poor window tint quality....overall not good experience....I would recommend going to a place on the southside of Milwaukee....I'm thinking about taking my car to Tint Boyz on forest home

If you have new expensive car,...

If you have new expensive car, do you want them to ruin it by doing extremely low quality job? They might be cheap as so their standard for quality. Please, beware.



I had Sunbusters install pre-cut clear bra kit on my car. Not only they've done a horrible job installing it, they also managed to use sharp knife to trim the kit in certain places leaving marks on my bumper. I did go to two different places to get their opinion on the installation and they both said - 'whoever installed it had no idea what they were doing". I went back to Sunbusters and explained my concerns, however they won't even listen and blame the kit that it wasn't properly cut and it's was a cheap material. However professional installers use the same cut and material and I've seen the quality of the installation where you can barely see clear bra on the car. It's not been the case with Sunbusters.



Sunbusters won't give refund, won't accept that their installation quality is extremely low.

I took my car to sunbusters for the first time an d i must say i had a good experiance, the people were very kinowelgable about tint took the time to answer all my questions and i had alot :), but at no point did i feel like i was bothering them ,in todays world everybody is to busy to help other even when its their job,Im glad to see someee peole still take time to help,I say this because ive been to other shops that dint even explain the films i had no idea wat i was getting with sunbusters i knew and i was comfertable .

First, the company is run out ...

First, the company is run out of a broke down house where the setting is very very unprofessional. I was left completely alone multiple times when I came to drop off my vehicle and pick it up. It took almost 4 hours for them to complete the job. My appointment was for 1:15 and and they said it would be done at 5. When I showed up, nope, not done but was told shortly. 45 minutes later my vehicle was completed. So far, a good job on the tint though, seems to have been a good job. When I went to pay, they said that I could not use a credit or debit card, so I had to find a ride to run to the bank to get cash to pay. Then after leaving, they didn't mention that my car was almost completely dead from them leaving the key in the ignition. So I get my car, pay in cash, and head out the door. I start to drive away and realize my check engine light is on and my battery is damn near dead. About 3 blocks away my car completely shuts off and I am stuck on the side of the road. I call back to tell them that my car has died, he tells me that its his fault he forgot to mention that they left the keys in the ignition the entire time they were doing the job. He tells me that I need to find a jump to recharge me battery but does NOT offer to come do it for me. I ask him about the check engine light and he tells me he will call a dealer to find out what it may mean and will call me right back. About 15 minutes pass before I try calling back. What do i get? No answer what so ever, I leave two voicemails to call me back but do I ever get a call back? Nope. I end up having to call a friend to come jump me. After recharging my battery on the side of the road, I drive back to the 'shop' and the guy LEFT!!! I call back and leave him a message that my check engine light is still on and thanks for not even OFFERING to come jump my car for THEIR mistake. I tell him to call me back when he gets this message. Two days later, still not even a call back to see if the car is back to normal or an apology for their awful customer service and mistakes. Also, I forgot to mention when getting into my car, my car completely wreaks of smoke from the workers smoking in or around my car. This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever. If you call other places, they will do just as good of a job and you will not be just someone who gave them money and don't give a crap about what happens after you leave. If you can, please inform anyone who is considering going to these guys to please go elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau to help people avoid scam artists such as these guys.
