When it comes to W2s this place is a disaster. I never got my W2 for 2015, though I called this office and they said it was there come to find out it wasnt, called the corporate and got no reply. It's now march, tax deadline is april, if I want a duplicate I have to pay for it which is wrong because this place messed up on everything. I know I updated all my info yet they aparently did make sure it was not updated. These agencies expect you to miss a day of work to come down and pick up a W2 that's not even there? I'm no fool on that. No business has the right to toy with another's well being and because these offices are constantly closing and relocating tells me they're failing badly. I won't see my W2, and I would be very careful using this place, I've seen many get burned out of paychecks, job assignments etc. State has to wake up and recognize life isn't a game, people have responsibilities. If it's a game they wish to play, do it to their own family not someone else.
