Phan's Garden Restaurant

Been there a couple times. Love the food, but hate how they treated us. Last time I was there with my boss and colleagues the server was so rude and disrespectful. The server didn’t even refill our water. We were just finished eating and didn’t even get our bill yet the server came over to our table and told us that we have to tip him. He was very demanding, like we owe him the tip and can't leave without tipping him. He sound very upset and went on and on about the how we should tip him...giving us numbers…blah…blah…blah… Of course we are business professionals, we know the tipping etiquette. We were going to give him good tips. Too bad, you just ruin it! He would’ve gotten a good tip from my boss regardless of his poor service. DON’T JUDGE and BE RESPECTFUL!

Lost alot of business due to the food quality and service. I think their pho is very bland, but the B14 dish- grilled pork with egg roll and noodles is excellent. There service is a bit slower than most places and I think they jacked up the prices for their entrees as well. We ordered for take out and they charged like 75 cent extra for each entree because we're ordering it to-go...which I thought was VERY strange...so my office and I ordered and I went to go pick it up to find out I had to fork over another 5 bucks just to cover the extra added cost. When I told my coworkers this, they were appalled. Don't care too much for the location either. Every time I parked in the lot I would see broken glass all over the place..and can't park on the side of the road if there are no parking spaces...but this was the first original place that opened besides saigon<dump. so i do hope they get back into shape..because i do enjoy their most authentic vietnamese cuisines..like banh bot loc.

People you have to tip if you bring a group of people I forget the number but I that is the rule everywhere. One thing about you farmers is you'll know nothing at all if where not talking about grass and cows.

I've only had one menu item, the pho with tons of vegetables added and the meat held. I'm sure I'll never have anything else because I love it so much. I give that dish Five Stars.

I had an incident where my daughter was about one year old. We had came here to eat some pho ( noodle soup). My daughter happend to eat some of there food and threw up. Ok now I know that sounds nasty while we're eating but common. Here comes a guy waiter and just starts screming at us about watching and taking care of our daughter. First off, I understand that she threw up, but she's only 1. What did he expect us to do, there was no possible way we were able to stop her. Common sense a little bit here.. sheesh. Even then before he even came and started screaming at us, I tried to clean as much as I could had. Also I even left him a 15.00 tip. Too bad he had run his smart mouth. So like everyone else would had done. I took the tip back. Besides the throwing up, my daughter was fine, no cryin, no mess, no nothing. What a loser, he was probably having a bad day to begin with, but still it doesn't mean take it out on others. So like anyone else would had done, I came back and told everyone I know, and now atleast everyone who knows about the incident doesn't go there anymore. You may not had lost all your customers but sure did lose about 80 percent of the people I know. Enjoy closing down soon!

Phan' Garden's garden food was pretty good, I had their traditional vietnamese soup with an eggroll. I really liked the enviroment. The service was welcoming and friendly, the only thing I really have to complain about was how long the food took to come out. It really wasn't that busy, but I thought they forgot about me because my soup took so long. Overall, I think it was a nice restaurant.
