Paul Stewart and Paul Sweeney founded PS Capital Partners in 2001 with the belief that this segment of the market is generally underserved by private equity investors and that it aligns best with their approach to investing. The firm's two principals have extensive backgrounds in private equity investing, beginning in 1985 for Paul Stewart and 1988 for Paul Sweeney.
