On the Mark Home Improvement

This contractor is as bad as it gets. We went with Mark because he was the cheapest quote received to do the floors in our kitchen. This should have been a sign that you get what you pay for. He cancelled the day before he was supposed to start on two separate occasions. We finally agreed on a new date for him to come do the work and on the day we agreed he was a no call/no show. He didn't respond to any of my calls or texts. He finally e-mailed my wife late in the afternoon with some excuse. At the end of the e-mail he said that "we should just go our separate ways". I can only imagine how bad things would have gone if he we let him start on our house. Avoid at all costs. We got him off of a review/suggestion off of the Next Door App. We went back to look at the suggestion only to find that the person who "suggested" him had the same last name as him (not a common last name) so I can only assume it was his wife or other family member.
