Would not recommend AT ALL

Made an appointment 3 months in advance for a yearly cleaning. Sat on the waiting room for 40 min before they tell me their x-rays have been down all day and they need to reschedule.

Came back another day at 10:20 for a 10:30 appt. Sat in waiting room again for 40 min. Asked how much longer. They say my appt is 11:30. I have card they wrote that says 10:30. They answer "it's not our fault." Um, yes it is.

Get taken back for x-rays. Dentist looks in my mouth for 10 sec and asks when I want to schedule a cleaning. What?! That's why I'm there. I literally made an appt for a cleaning. Says it's not her fault, hygienist is out of the country. Um, once again, yes it is. It's her own office.

Tries to give me some nonsense about x-rays and cleaning being separate appts and that's how all dentists work. Not only has no dentist I've been to in 40 years had x-rays and cleaning as separate appts, I literally asked to schedule an appt for a cleaning. So if that were the case, the scheduler should have asked to book both appts initially. Again, gives the the line about it's not her fault. It's her office, her schedulers, her employees, and her hygienist out of the country when my appt was booked for 3 months prior.

Leave. Am never coming back. Sign medical release form to have x-rays sent to new place. They say it will be done in 24 hours. 4 days later still not sent. I call back. They say it will be done first thing tomorrow since "the lady who does that is not here." I say needs to be done ASAP. They assure me it will as soon as she comes in. I wait til afternoon next day. Still not sent. I say again needs to be sent ASAP, have appt tomorrow. They say it will be done in an hour. 2 hours later, still not sent. I call again, it finally gets sent.

This was the most ridiculous nonsense I've gone through for any type of medical appt. Professionalism rates 0.

I had my appointment with Doctor Lee. It was great���� I left the dentist with a big smile. Really great job she did with my teeth! I loved it & will be coming back with her for the rest of my dental work. Faculty is also very friendly & efficient ����.

Great prices. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

I just wanna say thanks for having a suit my size so I could take my 7 yr old daughter to the Daddy Daughter Dance 2014 it was wonderful and she really enjoyed it.

I went to see doctor Lee the west allis dental location. I had the best care I've ever had at the dentist. I had seen many dentist before, and I can honestly say this was the best care I have ever had. She was very attentive,and listen very well to what I was looking to have done. I would return there for all my future care. Simply the best!
