SUED IN BANKRUPTCY COURT? Are you in Chapter 7 (or Chapter 13) bankruptcy when someone comes out of the "Blue" and sues you and the bankruptcy judge is letting that creditor sue you? While the bankruptcy laws changed in 2005 making it tougher for people to file bankruptcy, the number of cases filed in bankruptcy court continue to grow, not only here but nationwide.
