I've gone here several times over the years. But my most recent visit will be my last. I dropped off two pressed items on hangers with specific instructions pinned to them. A week later I got a call asking for the very information I had written down. The items took a month. At pick up they were returned to me in a wrinkled ball and shoved in a bag. And then I had to write her a big fat check. Never mind her rude responses to any questions - this was the last straw.

Rude, overpriced, and doesn't take credit cards. Won't be back.

The lady was extremely rude on the phone wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, I went in person she was upset I came a half hour before she said she closed. She made me put the dress on and quoted me $100. I need it done in 2 weeks an she wouldn't give me a straight answer on when she could complete it. Will not be using her services.

Don't go.!! The woman was rude as soon as I got in there. The price of the alterations (upon pickup) was out of this world. More than the purchase price of the item!

This was not a difficult alteration. I would have done it myself, but am working and taking care of my parents who are in hospice care.
