In the 80's , when we made a house real tight to increase its efficiency, we noticed this created additional moisture risks. Expensive air to air ehat exchangers often made the soultion to energy loss more expensive or even worse than the sickness. The advent of "smart fans" superefficient fans has made it possible to have a low cost solution to high moistuire levels.
