I have been going to hair essence for years, they are extremely courteous . I always leave with a great color and cut and feel pampered for the time I am there.

The stylist I had was Danyelle. I had come in for a color and hair cut.She had a great additude and was happy to do my hair. The color and cut turned out wonderful. I think I have found myself my new stylist. I love going in for a shampoo and style because the massage that they give you at the shampoo bowl is absolutely amazing!!! I usually only go to Hair Essence for my brow waxing (which is a really nice experience) but I decided to have my hair cut and styled there. I am really glad I did cause the experience was absolutely worth the money. She started off with an amazing shampoo and head massage. She finished with some tips for how to style the cut and broke it down into steps I could understand. Honestly I have been wearing my hair in a ponytail or up in a bun most of my life so I really appreciated the extra tips. Oh and I had my hair cut and styled by Carla and I absolutely love the finished look. I am very pleased with all the services that I have received through Hair Essence and most definitely plan on returning.

WOW! I needed a salon that offered many services, talented and creative stylists with awesome service at a reasonable price. Hair Essence is my salon. Welcoming, great supply of products, beautiful interior, many services...and owner Carla is the BEST. She made me feel comfortable at our initial appointment. Carla is very creative and I trusted her immediately which is very important to me. I am one to sit in the chair and allow my stylist the freedom to express their creativity and talents. I was so pleased with the cut and color Carla gave me...I feel incredible!

I was made so comfortable, and the process and design was explained so professionally that I am certainly going to go back for more!!! I have been a customer at Hair Essence for many years. From hair services to aesthetician services, they do it all very very well! Where else can you go, and at no extra charge, receive a warming pack around your neck (in winter), full head massage during your hair shampoo, a full back massage while waiting for your hair color to set, complimentary beverages, and always a fabulous outcome from your service?



I truly have been pleased with my experiences there - so much in fact, that I drive 12 miles one way to get there! Now there are plenty of upscale salons near where I live, but the quality that those places provide their customers is nowhere near what Hair Essence provides.



I have recommended this place to many of my friends, and they all agreed after their experience, that Hair Essence is the place to go!

I have been going to Hair Essence for a few years now. I recently had a haircut and a two foil highlight. 150.00 not including my 25 dollar tip. The color did not turn out like the hair swatches that we choose and after a day or two, i called to have it corrected. I had to wait a week to get in again, which i understood but then 2 days before the redo was scheduled i recieved a phone call from the owner stating i would have to pay again for the service. Now, i have been an ongoing client there, and they think requesting me pay another 150.00 a week later is good business sense. I cancelled the redo appointment along with my next hair cut appointment and following cut/color appointment because of how i was treated. Any salon can be nice to you, it is when things do not turn out as expected that you see their true colors and lack of appreciation for your hard earned dollar. Let me ad,i have had multiple facials, massages, make up consults, and purchase hair supplies and make up at Hair essence for the past two years. I get a hair cut and highlight every 6 weeks, and every other cut is a two foil highlight. I have spent a lot of money at this salon and i was told i would have to spend another 150.00 for a repeat service. I am shocked that they would treat any customer that way, let alone, a customer who spends that kind of money and walks away dissatisfied! I wrote the owner two emails and she ignored both of them. Look out for yourself and your friends,find another salon!
