If I could give zero stars I would! When I first called I was impressed on how immediately I could get an appointment but it was NOT worth it in the end. This appointment was for my son and I told them he has a toothache and that he was in pain! They took x-rays and the lady said she sent out a REFERRAL via fax and gave me the fax sheet she sent over to the other office. When I called the other office they could take my son. So when I called Greenfield dental a lady told me they had given a "recommendation" not a referral and mind you she slowly enunciated "recommendation" which ticked me off! I told her the lady that did this used the word referral not recommendation! Then I asked her what to do because my son is in pain. Then she proceeded to tell me to look for a dentist! Well then why the heck did I go to this office?! So all they wanted was to take xrays and my money knowing they couldn't provide any help for my son which they never told me that they couldn't do anything for children under 13 years old. I gave them his birth date and age when I called them. I'm so livid with these people. If you want to save yourself a lot of grief, do NOT go to this office. They are unprofessional, incompetent and greedy!
