Overall

I was charged more than what I was originally quoted and although I paid for a "protection plan" online I was also charged for insurance. They are very misleading and have a lot of hidden charges. The guy at the service counter was an absolute a-hole, probably the same guy thats mentioned in all the other bad reviews (big fat black guy). He hates his job and takes it out on anyone standing in front of him. Very bad experience and I will pay extra somewhere else before I ever use them again. This place doesn't even deserve one star...

I arrived in Milwaukee on December 23, 2014 and I picked up my rental car at Mitchell international airport right around 10:00 pm. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! The guy working that night was being extremely uncooperative and had an overall nasty attitude with not only me, but EVERYONE in line before me. My girlfriend paid for the entire reservation using her card online, including insurance. The guy at the counter made me pay for insurance again and then charged my card for the entire amount. He didn't even want to look at my receipt which clearly stated that I had already paid for insurance. His attitude was "go somewhere else if you don't like it" which is what he actually said to me. Because of this one rotten employee, I will NEVER use this company again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

If I could give this -100, I would! My son's wallet was stolen by a TSA agent, I offered Dollar everything, my credit card, my driver's license, etc. they refused to allow him to rent a car even though he had already paid for it online and he did still have his driver's license. I explained that he would be stuck in Milwaukee with two small children for over 6 hours waiting my husband and I to drive down to pick him up. They didn't care! What complete and utter jerks! What if he didn't have parents? He'd be stuck in the Milwaukee airport with no money for food, lodging or anything with two children until he could be issued a new card!



This is what is wrong with this world, heartless, uncaring people!

The worst company I dealt with...

The worst company I dealt with in my life. I would never deal with them again this was my first and last time. The associates get paid comission for havin customers upgrade or add insurance on their car and that is sad they have to go that far and add insurance and not tell customers all the details on renting the car from their company. Iam so furious because I feel helpless and I cant do anything about it. I told the associate when he asked me if I wanted thier insurance no because I have my own insurance when he went the terms and agreements he stated that I was declining their insurance and to accept it I did just that and I guess I added instead of declinig the insurance because when I returned the card I was charged way more than what I was quoted and when I called customer service they treated as though I was nothing and that hurt cause I chose spend my money with them and the assoicate told me that I cant do anything about it and she wasnt transferring me to a supervisor and becareful next time what you sign but she eventually put in a req for a supervisor to call me back and when he did he starting telling me that it was my fault and that anytime I do a walk in insurance is mandatory to add by the company when im renting a car even though I have my own insurance which may I add was never mentioned when I declined the insurance with the associate so I feel like I didnt have a choice with my rental chcoice because I was never told any of these things and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he stated that he wasnt going to transfer me and he wasnt going to go any farther with this and hung up on me. Its not the money its the fact that you dont treat your customers that way I am a customer service rep and I try my best to please my customers because I know how its feels to be on the other end of the phone so Im just letting everyone know that you get what you pay for and if you have another please go with the other choice. Enterprise never treated me this way :(

Not bad for a smaller airport.

It's easy to navigate and very clean. I wish there were more shops, but otherwise, it's ok.
