Colonial Manor Apartments

Horrible management, rust in water, and much more. I lived here and it is a nice neighborhood and they have a pool, however they are unorganized and unprofessional to say the least. Sharon a woman in the office does not seem to be able to interpret what you are saying and she has no answers. She does not listen. but instead always seems to be reading from a script, a generic answer. In the winter, in below temps my apt was about 49 to 50 degrees for a week or so. There is rust inthe water that pours out orange for the 1st couple of minutes. Furthermore my lease is up in the next couple months and i was mailed a certified letter stating termination of lease after it's up. I asked for reasoning and Sharonsays, police reports (I had none), an unauthorized person living with me (no), and friends parking in the lot. None of these ponits were valid so I asked to speak with the owner. He did not reitterate this as there is no proof behind any of this, there is basically no reason except for the complaints about stuff they do not want to fix. What kind of establishment is this? stay away
