Thanks CHURCH for saving my wife and I ten's of thousands of dollars in asbestos remediation. We had no idea that all of the stucco finish in our 50 year old condo could have possibly been asbestos!

My brother and I hired John to inspect a duplex we were buying in Milwaukee. The house was built in 1927 and though we knew it would have some issues we were fortunate to have hired Church Home Inspection. They found flaws in the duplex that helped us in negotiations knock down the sellers price and the detailed report also saved us future costs and expenses. Church pointed out some wiring in the ceiling that was outdated and had the old style paper wrapping, they also found some leaks in the roofing and around a fireplace that allowed us to go back to seller and have them repair and/or knock down selling price. A nice experience throughout the process.

Great company to deal with! They inspected my daughters house in Oak Creek and done a wonderful job catching several issues which ended up dropping the price of the home. They also inspected our home in West Allis that we purchased before moving to TN. Better yet, my wife and I were looking at homes in TN and when I spoke to John he mentioned that he was going to FL for another certification class and he offered to make a slight detour and look at some a house for us, well John was very honest and showed up on time and spent a good time going over everything on the house in detail while I was there and also explaining the inspection of the house as he went. We have been living in our home that he inspected for years now with not one single issue. Having an inspector explain your inspection to you as your there is pretty much unheard of now a days...

Church was the very best of all home Inspectors I've ever used in my 14 year career of rehabing homes. John's report was very detailed, covered all the major issues without getting bogged down with the petty stuff!

He saved me over $12,900.00 on a bad roof, helped the seller have a defective gas furnace that was recalled by Bryant replaced at NO CHARGE to anyone; and basically told me more about the house than even the sellers and/or realtors even knew about; or were willing to disclose! I HIGHLY recommend him! Save BIG $$$.

John was great! Very thorough, trusting, and quite reasonably priced. I would recommend Church to anyone!

Church is FANTASTIC!

John informed us about the defective furnace that was recalled by the mfg. He also showed us dangerous wiring violations to the electric panel. We also learned about the the defective roofing shingles and the lawsuit againt the shingle manufacturer.

John saved us over $12,800.00 OFF the asking price! We'd Highly recommend his company.

WORST home inspector EVER! He doesn't know his work at all. His attitude is even worse and disrespectful. He missed a whole wall with mold on it. And when my friend pointed it out, he started arguing with him. I would never hire him again and totally not recommend this guy to anyone. Don't get deceived by his name appearing on the top of Google search, it's just an advertisement. I would seriously doubt if he is really a certified home inspector.

I chose this guy a couple of months ago because of the cheap price of $150. Boy, was I wrong. I should've hired a real professional. This guy is a joke. He looks around the house, turns on the sinks, flushes the toilets, turns on some light switches and calls that a home inspection. Even I could've done that. He doesn't take notes and write a nice report for you. The notes he take is the actual report you get. It is like taking notes for a test, you will understand the notes you take, but if someone else tries to read it, they'll have no clue what you wrote. Not only that, his handwriting is not even legible. This is our second home we are buying and it is no where near the service we had on our first home inspection. This guy missed so many things. The non-working light switches, he didn't even try to figure what they were for. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. He's out to make a quick dollar. Pay to extra $200 and get a real inspection.
