This was the second house full of carpet I had purchased. Extremely competitive and looks awesome. I had a slight issue with what was to be done but the issue has been resolve and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back.

I had a good experience the first time I used them for a full house of carpet. I even sent multiple people because of the fair prices they had. I then purchased a new home and decided to use them again. Fair pricing but installation crew wasn't very excited about getting carpet in the new house. The old owner was present during the install as all they did was complain about the work. Was suppose to be one day install but came very late the first day and could not finish so had to come back a second day. However I needed to finish my basement with carpet and decided to use them because of the fair price. This is where things start to get really bad. Went to the store and worked with Morgan. Picked out a carpet and was quoted a price based on my dimensions. Obviously they warned to come out and verify dims. While there he asked if we wanted to do a small closet and stairs. I decided that it would be a good idea. Morgan left and called days later with a new price for the extras.

The price was great an so was the installation. Randy and his assistant did a great job. Made the house look and feel awesome. I highly recommend. Ask for randy.

Priced around, and decided Carpet Factory Outlet could not be beat for our living room. Randy and his assistant came in and did an excellent job, and the experience he has is clearly evident. Strongly recommend.

Everything went as planned. They even accommodated me when I needed to reschedule the installation date. The carpet looks great. Matt and Mark know how to do the job right.

Matt and Mark did a professional, awesome insulation of my living room carpet. It is absolutely beautiful and I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. Tim and Ed worked with me in the store and I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get it installed. This carpeting is A+ quality!

Randy and Jeffrey did a wonderful install, we're extremely friendly to my very curious 5 year old and even helped me move all my furniture back in when they were done! Carpet is gorgeous!

What an outstanding experience! I was able to make a purchase without high-pressure sales tactics, and love the new inexpensive carpet. Best of all, Ben's installation crew was FANTASTIC! Prompt, courteous and very professional. They went out of their way to take extra steps- even repairing closet doors and removing nails/debris left by the roofer's in the street! The carpeted rooms look excellent and the team couldn't have done a better job. I HIGHLY recommend this store-and if you purchase carpet, request Ben's team for your installation-you won't be sorry. I have never felt so comfortable letting strangers into my house. Any questions they addressed me and helped me make decisions. It was so much easier going to a carpet store with a few employees as oppose to Home Depot with hundreds of employees. Love my new carpet! Saved a ton!

After going to many different stores to look for carpet that I could afford, I happened to drive past Carpet Factory Outlet and decided to stop in to see what they had to offer. I dealt with the owner, Tim, and got a sample that I really liked. When I called to inquire about pricing for installation I unfortunately talked to someone who was kind of a jerk. (I later found out it was someone who does not normally answer phones and had no idea how to do so.) It was NOT Tim because he couldn't have been nicer! Because of that first call, I went to Carpetland USA on Highway 100 and got majorly jerked around. (Seriously, don't ever go to Carpetland USA because they suck!) I decided to give CFO another chance and called and talked to Tim who gave me an extremely fair price. My carpet was installed two days later and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The installers were polite, courteous and quick! I couldn't be happier with both my carpeting and the service I received from Tim. I am now contemplating new kitchen flooring and this will be the ONLY place I will consider going. I am extremely happy that I chose Carpet Factory Outlet and highly recommend them. And did I mention that my new carpet is gorgeous?
