I recently leased a BMW X3 from BMW Milwaukee North. My salesperson Kelly Graham was honest and professional, the BMW "Genius" Sheila Casey was thorough and knowledgeable, and the Business Officer Kyle Richards was efficient and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Kelly Graham was my sales person and he was great, friendly and explained all the ins and outs. They took my old car lease and dealt with that.. I completely seamless transaction!

Kelly Graham was my salesperson and he was appropriately helpful in the process without ever pushing the sale. He seemed to sense the pace I needed to take and followed those cues perfectly. I was very comfortable. Kelly is also very knowledgeable about the car which is impressive given the complexity of the various packages and functions. My purchase revolved around the settlement of the VW diesel emissions class action settlement and the team (Kelly and Kyle ) worked out a plan that accommodated me as I navigated through the final stages of the VW turn-in while taking advantage of a promotion at BMW. The process took about three weeks from initial inquiries to the final sale. It was their flexibility in working through this while not pressuring me in any way that left me feeling very comfortable and happy with the whole experience. This included the presentation the various warranty and maintenance upgrades which I decided to decline. Again, absolutely no pressure. I absolutely love the car! The dealership itself is really beautiful and the new vehicles are displayed almost like jewelry. And accept the cappuccino if they offer it.

Our BMW Representative, Kelly Graham, could not have been more professional and cordial. He showed a real understanding of our needs and wants and went over and above to give us the best experience one could hope for in selecting a luxury vehicle. We were handled with kid gloves throughout the process, and each new BMW representative we were introduced to in succession continued the experience in the same professional, caring manner. Everyone should have this kind of respect and consideration for a customer who comes in with an idea of what they might be contemplating. Kelly set a very high bar.

Hi !Nicole of BMW North was awesome with service and parts when I arrived on a Saturday morning to initialize my new extra key for my son's new(but older BMW). She explained many things about this car and the warning lights that were on and did lots of trouble shooting for me(as a 16 year old son's mom ) to ensure safety for my son. She figured out the tail lights as the sensor light continued to be on, an oil leak etc. Overall dealership was so easy to work with compared with one that was much closer to my home.
