Very unprofessional and unreliable. They did not show up for a carpet cleaning appointment, nor did they call. I left three voicemail messages that they did not return. After reading some Yelp reviews, this seems to be common practice for them. I wish I'd have read them first. I wasted my time moving furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned, and sitting around the house waiting for people who never came. My recommendation...find another company. It will save you time and hassle.

Big Daddy's is always on time and his work is excellent. Our rugs are always very clean and quite dry when he is finished. I highly recommend Big Daddy's Carpet Cleaning Service.

i JUST HAD BIG DADDYS CLEAN MY CARPET AND I'M VERY IMPRESSED. MY CARPET HAD A LOT OF STAINS FROM LITTLE ONES WALKING AROUND WITH SIPPY CUPS. THEY ARE ALL GONE AND HE DID THREE ROOMS IN 25 MINUTES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG DADDYS!

I had my boss' carpet cleaned a few weeks ago by this company. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. The woman did far more than what she had to. I only had a Groupon for $55(ish) but I honestly think the job she did was worth well over $150 more. She was very pleasant and gave helpful tips to remove stains in the future and prevent wear of the carpet in general. The carpet in the living room and my boss' kid's room had many stains and all but one was removed (that one looks like a bleach stain so it wasn't coming out of the carpet anyway) BUT the stain treatment wasn't even supposed to be included in the Groupon... long story short: choose Big Daddy Carpet Cleaning- they are fantastic! Very prompt, excellent customer service and service in general.

As a property Manager in So. Milwaukee I have seen my share of dirty carpets, Big Daddy’s Carpet service was asked to do a cleaning for us on a 1 bedroom apartment.This carpet was VERY dirty with multiple black stains. This was our last effort after having a different “Carpet cleaning” Company come and clean it.We just did not think the “other” company did that good of a job. Big Daddy’s came on time and with a great let’s get this done attitude. He was able to clean the carpet and save us the cost of replacing it. GREAT JOB, GREAT SERVICE, Thanks Big Daddy…

BIG DADDYS JUST CLEANED MY CARPET AND IT LOOKS LIKE NEW AGAIN...EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH TRUCK MOUNTED EQUIPMENT! THE OWNER MATT SOMMERFELD WAS POLITE AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH....WILL DEFINATELY USE HIM AGAIN!
