Your Personal Trainer will set up the equipment prior to your arrival, so there's no need to show up early & there's no need to shower after, as we utilize a style called High Intensity Resistance Training. Instead of focusing on high-pace movements, we bump the weight up and slow the movement down to decrease the risk of injury, while maximizing your results with less time spent in the gym! Each session only lasts 30 minutes, from start to finish, allowing you to get back to your day feeling energized and accomplished!
