Allen's Tree Service

Alan and his team did a phenomenal job removing the tree at our property and threatened our house due to the fact that it was dying and slowly phone apart. He and his team were on time and prod all the necessary equipment including a bucket lift, cream, chippers and more to sure the job was done in a clean and efficient way. He was both personable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I highly recommend to anyone thinking about using his service not to think twice. Thanks Alan for doing such a fantastic job at our home.

It is very rare in this day and age when everything goes right. Jobs go half done, things break, customer service is lacking at best. That’s why dealing with Allens Lawn & Tree Service was so wonderful. It was one of those scarce instances where everything went right.



Allens was recommended to us through someone who had several good experiences with the company. I called Allens about a tree that had died and needed to be removed. We scheduled an appointment time and date for an estimate. Allen came out himself and was on time. He was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He knew immediately that the tree was a Sycamore and explained in detail what services his company would perform. Allen gave me a very fair verbal estimate that was shortly followed by a written estimate in the post. Most importantly, I never felt pressured.



Shortly after, I called Allen and scheduled a date for the tree to be removed. He said they would be at my home between 8:30 am and 9 am. Allen arrived right at 8:30 am with his crew. It was a mighty impressive sight. Six professionally dressed men in three brand new trucks filled with top of the line equipment. Allen met with me before any work started to ensure everything went smoothly. About an hour and half later they were done. You would have never known there was a Sycamore tree in my backyard. It was so clean. And if that was not enough, Allens crew swept off my roof and cleaned my gutters. Talk about above and beyond customer service.
