Schubert's Smokehouse & Meat Packing Company

My family has used this company for many years (20+). They are very helpful when they are ready to process your hogs or cow. They will call you and request how you would like your steaks, chops cut in thickness, roast, ribs and other cuts of meats. How much fat you want on your meats. How you want your hamburger package and mixed with fat. They do a great job in processing. I live about 100 miles away in Missouri and do not have a problem in driving to get my hogs or cows processed there. When you walk into this company you smell the smoke from processing bacons, and hams. They have personal service that the box stores do not give. Try them you'll be happy you did. Highly recommended by the locals on both side of the St. Louis, Metro area for one of the best meat lockers to use.
