Sonic Drive-In

Horrible horribly horrific..they need to be shut tf down asamfp.i orders a car hop drop fresh. She said i got u .the damn sandwich was dry as hell.and the cooks don't were gloves.soo I complaind and they sent the same sandwich back out like i was stupid or sumthin..then I order sum poppers they sent sum old ass food out twice and I sent it back to them twice it was a 4 piece popper so they finally made it fresh the 3rd time but only sent 3 out cuz I bit off 1 smh .and the manager said next time just ask for a manager ..i was like I'm askn and talkn to now..so she was about to let me keep the shit.i do t even make reviews but this shit made me mad..cuz they dont even care.. the manager looks like she on crystals meth.and all the girls are rude and the place is unsanitary if i get sick I'm suing flat out..i tipped the waitress and every thing and still got bad service...

I stopped by the Millington tenn sonic, on why 51 and needed a banana split and a small chocolate malt.
I ask the lady at the drive in over the speaker, how much for a banana split. She said "I don't know" , it's on the board mam. I told her I couldn't find it. She said well, I don't know , I guess 3/ or $4.00. I said ok, alright, then can you tell me how much a small chocolate malt is, she said ,mam it's on the board, I don't know.. I guess 2 to 3.00 dollars. I said first of all the board shows sm, med, and large in such tiny letters , you can't see any of it unless u happen to have perfect vision, and I dont. Second I said to her, " you know what, your just to agravated and uninformed for me. The u need someone that knows their board, to be working the window taking orders on the mic.
This was pitiful.
My husband has just come off a ventilator and wanted something cool for his throat. He just happens to like
Sonic. But your employees need to understand that kindness and not rudeness, is what will keep people coming back. I would go that extra mile, so the job would continue to be there.
They need to know their is Baskin Robbins and dairy cream that are within a small area of Millington tn and most of us would pay the extra money for kindness and knowledgeability of their product.
Sonic in Millington has a 1 star rating on the internet.. someone needs to rethink their crew.
We gave ask KFC to rethink and they wouldnt. They lost customers, because their was competing in the town. Then they closed. . Times are hard. The employees need to come across differently.
Its wrong to be treated this way.
And evert me u go in for a hot fudge Sunday and ask for extra whip cresm, each employees has their own amount as extra.. it's really a joke. I'm not asking for it anymore and pay the extra for something I'm not getting.
Go to covington or Raleigh and you get what you pay for.
Millington needs to call an employee meeting and get some feed back on what's happening. Ok thank for listening .

I use to like this sonic but last night I had got a#11 and there was a spider in my food. It freaked me out and I was so disgusted I will never be back
