I paid refrigerator, defreezer, & stove from Jeff's Appliance on 2/15/14. The refrigerator doesn't work & they won't answer my calls or exchange them.I bought a stove, side-by-side refrigerator, and defreezer on 2/15/14 from Jeff's sister, Cindy who was running the store when he was away. They delivered the appliances on 2/17/14 in the evening. They moved the refrigerator and defreezer the wrong way and damaged the defreezer and refrigerator where they weren't freezing. The refrigerator does not make ice, melting ice water all over the floor, and is not cooling on either side. The defreezer wasn't cooling at all. I called them and told them on 2/18/2013. They came by to fix the defreezer on 2/20/2013 after calling them several times and going by their place of business once, but I told them that I don't want the refrigerator on 2/22/2013. Jeff said that he would come back and get the refrigerator on 2/22/14 when he came by to fix the refrigerator because he was by himself. He did not come back to get the refrigerator and refuses to give me back the money I paid for the appliances or to call me back. They intentionally will not answer the phone and honor their 90 day warranty even after calling from different phone numbers. YOU WOULD BE CRAZY TO DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS AFTER 17 COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB ON JEFF'S APPLIANCES.
