STAY AWAY!!!!! I would so love to give negative stars for this company but I can only rate 1 through 5. This company practices bait and switch tactics on services. I called with a small pest problem and was told that I could do a one time treatment or a reduced initial treatment with 2 follow up treatments at a reduced rate. The woman I spoke to said that she recommended at least 3 treatments as 1 may not work. So, they socked me for a $95 "initial: and 2 "reduced" treatments of $40. Upon the last treatment I asked how long I should normally expect it to work and was told up to 90 days. Surprise surprise surprise, the very next month I see the same pests. I called to tell them their treatment didn't work and wham, suddenly she starts claiming it was because I didn't sign a quarterly contract and I missed a month! Obviously their chemicals don't work and they try to squeeze you into follow on treatments. Save money, sanity, and go with a reputable company. You have been warned.
