PCS Homes

I am a tennant thats been renting for over 2 years now. I had planned on staying a while too. When PCS contracted brookfield builders to manage the rental properties, if I had a problem I would get a response back immedialey. Now, unfortunatley brookfield builders is no longer handling property management for pcs homes, I have bigger problems now and have not recieved any phone calls back. My dryer is broken and when I called to let them know, I did get a phone call back explaining what I can do to fix it (dryer vents cleaned, clean underneth dryer, ect.). I hired a company to come out to clean the dryer vents. I also had them clean my air ducts. In doing so they found mold in my system and told me it need to be addressed immediatley. Unfortunaley I couldnt pay for the services at the time so I couldnt get them done. I immediatley call pcs homes and left several messages and have not yet recieved any phone calls back. I am 8.5 months pregnant and also have a 5 year old. I explained this as well in my messages. There is a lot I need to get done before my new arrival and I am unable to do so until my dryer gets fixed. Not to mention my concerns having my 5 year old living here in a mold filled home. When my new baby comes I dont believe it will be safe for her new little lungs to breath in moldy air. This is a family owned buisness, so you would think they would understand the importance of getting it done immediatley to keep your family safe. Also, being a farley large company they have specific people to address and take care of any issues in their properties. So why has it taken so long? Is everyone on vacation? Im not sure they even plan on doing anything about it.
