Mayes Plumbing & Heating

This company is horrible!!! Do not trust them! We used them to repair a toilet leak and garbage disposal via our home warrenty company and they lied! They utilize key words in their reports that cause insurance company to deny your claim which then forces the policy holder to pay out pocket. More importantly they are inefficient. They’ve been to my home 3 times to fix the same leaking toilet instead of just replacing the toilet. The toilet continues to leak through my bathroom flooring. I would never use this company or American Home Shield ever again!

My rating for Mayes applies only to the techs who came to my house. They were professional, kept me informed of the progress of the repair and left the area as they found it. My experience with them was excellent! However I found the Mayes office staff to be the complete opposite. I found them to be rude and didn't seem to want to take the time to answer my questions. The repair took to two visits to complete and I needed to contact the office about the reschedule date. I was told that I couldn't have gotten the information I had from the tech, and implied that I was lying. If it wasn't for my experience with the office staff I would not hesitate to call them the next time.

mayes plumbing and heating is the only company in would allow in my home. 20 years of professional service, honest work, and reasonable prices. he's always honest with estimating time and price and reminds me of a time when people took pride in their work. the job was ALWAYS done right.

came in tracked mud throughout my home , left a mess, ruined my water conditioner(had to call another company to fix)

left a mess. do not call, i will never again.
