Hardee's

The manager at Hardees in Millbrook, Al abama is exceptional!!! She jumped in and took over the front counter taking orders with a pleasant attitude while the place was shoulder to shoulder with people waiting to order. She then handled a complaint where a lady thought her steak was not dark enough. She kept a smile and a calm demeanor, apologized to the customer and immediately fixed the problem. I was amazed by her outstanding customer service and ability to multi-task!!! We need more fast food managers like her!!!

I have stopped at the Hardee's in Millbrook, 8 times in the last 2 weeks to get a breakfast Biscuit. I have been getting there around 4:10 AM, as I have to be to work at 4:45. Out of those 8 times, I have actually been waited on 1 time. I am not a business person, but I don't think that having a customer get to your business 10 minutes after you are supposed to be open, and wait up to 5 minutes in the drive thru with no response from anyone, and then leave without ever getting served, that that is good business. When I drive around the restaurant, there has been no one there, or only a few lights on. Unfortunately Hardee's is the only place supposedly open that serves food at 4:00 am. I will not be back. Hope they get a new morning crew, one that knows what it means to be on time for work.

Went at 11:57 today, cook was standing at front door smoking. We went in, 2, I repeat 2 people were eating, no line, no wait.... BAD SIGN... we walked up to the counter and I asked if they had grilled chicken, she turned around as the cook came back in from smoking-DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS- and yelled "we got chicken , she wants grilled chicken, they replied "IT'S FROZEN" . As she turned to me and said, well it's frozen, and then just stared at me. My husband and I walked out.WORSE PLACE WE EVER BEEN TO. My husband commented to me that behind where the cook was ,WAS nASTYY, STUFF ALL OVER THE FLOOR ����.(my husband is 6.5, so he can see back there) it's noon on a Wednesday and there were no customers, bad sign. So we drove a little ways to JACKS in Millbrook on hwy 14, they were GREAT, and everyone, since the place was PACKED, heard ALL about HARDEES and what happened, and they all said how NASTY this place is.i hope they go out if business, the rats get better service from the floor.

went to hardee's pull up to the drive thru the girl that was working there said can you hold please."I said sure"waited 5 are 6 minutes and yell thru the speaker she came back and said would you hold please so i did another 5 minutes.So i drove around the building to see what the problem was.She was standing there looks like she was doing nothing.There was 4 people sitting at a table 2 cars outside.So i went back to the drive thru she came on the little speaker again and said hold please.So i said mam what the problem she said i have another customer they was here before you she had a very smart mouth.I told her i just drove around the building and she was just standing there.She said something i thought she said she was making a steak don't really no what she said.But she could of been nicer with her voice.So we left and went to McDonald's.She work the second shift on Saturday night 2/14/2009 .I can see why McDonald's stay busy we was in and out there in no time.I would say less then 6 minutes.This girl had a bad loud voice don't think she needs to be working there.She was a white girl.The blacks lady's that work there on the breakfast shift are very nice and polite and always have a smile.I am white lady 64 yrs old..Anyway we left McDonald's and i went back by there to see if there was anyone in line and no there was not anyone.just them same 2 cars.Duh.If anybody did go threw the drive thru she probley told them to hold and they left to.Thank you a Customer..
