DO NOT GO HERE- BREAKS CARS AND IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tom was supposed to simply replace my timing belt and put new axels on. He instead completely broke part of my shifter, resulting in the computer within my car failing to detect if it should be in drive, neutral, etc. When I picked it up, there was a gaping hole by my shifter which is normally covered in plastic. He got upset at ME and said it must have already been like that. When I insisted that he did something, he very angrily got in my car to work on it but couldn't fix it. The display on my car kept toggling between drive and neutral, and he claimed it was fine. He then started actually SCREAMING at myself and my boyfriend (e.g., "IT'S FINE! WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG WITH IT?!?"). I've never seen such unprofessional behavior before. When I tried to bring it home, the car began to actually shift back and forth between neutral and drive ON THE HIGHWAY. It was terrifying and not drivable. We ended up needing it to be fixed and he fought us, demanding we pay him even though his shop completely broke my car. No joke, it was behaving perfectly fine before I brought it to him. It was an insane hassle to get it fixed and he behaved horrendously the entire time. When the whole ordeal is finally over, more problems start. My engine seemed to be misfiring. I took it to another mechanic who found a crack between the vacuum lines and their connection to the intake manifold. It was a serious crack that this mechanic said shouldn't happen unless someone was yanking on the lines or the intake manifold hard. When he heard our story, he thought that Tom and his employees were likely too rough and cracked it while removing the intake manifold to access the timing belt, and then just didn't tell me. From that point on, more and more issues kept happening with the car. This past weekend I finally had to give up and stop pouring money into it, and get a different car. Tom wasn't just a rude jerk, but he broke my car and refused to acknowledge it. PLEASE bring your business elsewhere.
