Russ is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I highly recommend him for patent law. He was a wonderful guide for me with my invention and even though I couldn't move forward in the patent process I am very satisfied with him because he saved me from going into a money pit. BTW he didn't charge me a dime (free of charge!), I spoke with him directly over the phone 3 times and never pressed me for money. As a matter of fact he wanted to make sure my invention was able to be patented before we talked about cost. Thank you Russ for your integrity and professionalism I appreciate everything you did for me. If I ever come up with another idea I have an attorney I can count on.

Russ at Russ Weinzimmer & Associates, PC and his staff are a true top notch organization! When I first called Russ, I seriously had no idea where to start to establish a Trademark. He put me at ease from the first moment of our discussion, and jumped right in to educate me on the process. I was off and running. His Paralegal Lori kept me informed every step of the way. I phoned this attorney for legal advice. He gave me bogus advice which I found out when looking at it later. He then pressed to get paid $350 immediately saying that he deserved it, when he'd never informed me I'd be charged at the start. I trusted him only to find out I got conned, as instead of helping me he helped himself.

Later edit: Russ you indicated to me that you’d read this review, saying “Please confirm that you’ll be retracting that negative review, and I’ll instantly refund your $350”, so hoping you sincerely want to improve, I’m redoing:
You need to be up FRONT that the first talk is going to cost money, not springing it at the end, and put up a caveat to the reviews on your site indicating their first talks were free.
You need to talk about things that really MATTER (not tiny details that, looking at the other mark… C’mon! Is that really going to matter to a judge?).
And third: DON'T MAKE STUFF UP. You told me the other’s mark had "nipples", which when I reviewed it afterwards, clearly didn't. That plus the sudden going from the (not quoting Russ directly here) “theirs is bs" attitude to "oh it does look like you're copying their compass rose that's not good" 180 degree turn at the end of the hour just gave me too many yellow flags (the compass roses very unlike too, I saw afterwards).

I'm adding two stars hoping that you're being sincere. (Russ has already refunded me.)
