The division maintains over 40 miles of sewer pipes. Its facilities receive wastewater from Kent, New Castle and Sussex counties in Delaware. The Division of Wastewater Facilities is operated by the Department of Public Works, which also maintains engineering and facilities management divisions. The Department of Public Works offers a range of design, construction and maintenance services for sewer systems. The department s facilities management division provides custodial, security and maintenance services for the county buildings. The Division of Wastewater Facilities is located in Milford, Del.
