        Waited 45 minutes to be call back for my 11:00 appointment, spent 10 minutes with a nurse to check my records and vitals, then left for another 35 minutes in exam room... 90 minutes and never saw the doctor... Great first impression for a new patient... And they were surprised I walked out!
