Not the best company out there. I wish I did not buy from them now, should have read the reviews. They are not good! Shame on me.

This company is fraudulent, overcharges, and performs bogus repairs on household appliances. They are in the phone book and operate out of Midland and Lamesa. They also have an " F " rating by the BBB. Do yourself a favor and don't use them! Tell a friend. I would also be wary of ANY appliance repair companies.

Don't use this company. They came and picked up my dryer that had blown the computer part. Said they would replace the part. 2 weeks later they said they couldn't find the part, but I did a quick google search and found it right away. A wee after that we called and they said a company sent them the wrong part, but they were over nighting the correct one. After they had my dryer for almost 3 months, we went to pick it up. They couldnt get it for us because it was behind a ton of other stuff. Plus they had the nerve to tell us we would have to pay them... for what? Now almost 4 months later, we went to pick it up... without even an apology.

Came out due to washer not working. Charged $100 service fee was told if could be fixed would refund. Looked at it. Said it was broke and couldn't be fixed, then tried to sell us a used one for $400!!! NO WAY! Can

Came out the day I called and went above and beyond. Excellent service.

My dryer broke & I needed it fixed ASAP. They were the ones to get me the fastest appointment & they have great customer service & friendly staff.
