        I worked with Jay for approximate 7 months (2010) on a breach of contract case involving a family business buy-out issue. When first contacted Jay listed to my issues, took the time to review relevant MI law and then told me that he thought he could help me. Through out my time working with Jay he was easy to contact, a good listener, great at explaining the legal issues and steps (since I am not a lawyer), gave me sound and wise advice, and successfully resolved my case before we got to court.
