Depending on the doctor everything usually goes pretty smooth..usually I'm in and out in half hour or less..
I like the morning walk in that they have..
I deff would choose Dr.Smalls and Dr.coomer anyday.
The other doctors are not as friendly as these 2 and very judgemental as well.

Wonderful doctors. Horrible, rude, lying billing department and office manager. Do not deal with them. Not worth the time or effort.

The office staff are rude and judgemental. My employer messed up my insurance so while I was getting it fixed, they refused to see my sick baby. I had to take him to the emergency room instead. Then, when everything with my insurance was fixed in being back billed, the lady in the billing department actually refused to rebill it and argued with me about it.

Finally they rebilled it. It went through and insurance paid everything. Then they terminated my son from the practice. I was told it was because of an angry phone call I made, but the adjusted bill I got in the mail, showed that he had been terminated before the phone call. They are rude. Heartless. And liars to top it off.

I'm a pharm tech. I work with insurances every day. It takes minutes to rebill. This whole thing was so stupid.

The doctors are great and at no fault but I wouldn't put up with that office staff. They're just horrible.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! We have been there 11 years and couldn't imagine going to another practice for my children! We have seen many of the wonderful doctors, Drs. Komer and Cracraft being my boys' favorites. My youngest son is backward and shy, refusing to do anything medical related and they worked hard to build a relationship with him, and now he asks to go there! My oldest son has asthma and they have listened to our requests and provided a care plan perfect for him.They keep us on track with vaccinations and well-checks and even call back the same day with any questions or concerns I have had. The "sick" walk-in morning times are a life-saver! If you want to find the perfect doctor for your child, you'll find one here with their variety of Doctors! We LOVE Children's Medical!

This is the most unprofessional, public hating office I have ever seen. They do not know how to follow privacy laws and have no care at all for their patients. They will lie to your face and tell you one thing and do another no matter the consequences to their patients.

I love doctor Oches and Small. They were my doctors as a kid, and they are now my children's doctors. They take time to listen and they geniuinely care about the kids. I wouldn't think about going any where else! Their front office staff people are very freindly and helpful also.
