Le's Nails

I had the worst experience at this nail salon today. I have been here several times in the past but this is the 1st time a young man did my pedicure and manicure. He was very rushed, rude and abrasive. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. During my manicure he pulled as he clipped my cuticles. I asked him to refile a couple nails that looked and felt uneven and he reluctantly did but I still had to fix a couple myself. The final straw was the nail polish smeared on a couple of my finger nails. I asked him to fix it. He put clear polish on one nail and some more nail polish on another nail and told me to get sit under dryer and that he would fix it afterwards. He then disappeared in the back. I pointed the issue out to the owner, who had me sit back at the same station while he went and retrieved the young man whom never came out. After a few minutes of being ignored, I got up and left. My nails were so smeared and messed up that I came back in asking for some cotton balls and nail polish remover to take the rest of the polish off. Only then did the owner and another woman whom were both preoccupied with their phones originally offer to fix the issue and were apologetic. I just had them remove the nail polish and recommended to them that if the young man doesn’t want to do pedicures and manicure, he should not work there. I don’t plan to go back there again.

Not impressed. My first, last, and only time I will go to this nail shop. It was stereotypical of the 'Asian' nail salons where they talk in Chinese/mandarin/Japanese the entire time they are doing your nails. The lady completing my pedicure was going to fast and not paying attention that she cut the side of my heal. OUCH! They are priced higher than other salons. I took my 4 and 7 year olds with me and they weren't as excited once they left as they were before walking in there to get their fingers & toes painted. The sparkle faded quick when the ladies were speaking in another language the entire time and rushing them. Ashame.

the staff here is absolute talened when it comes to running a successful business! Not only is this nail salon cleanly but the customer service is always consistently pleasant. I've been to several nail salons through the year but have never found one that comes close in comparison to this spot! My nails always look amazing and they last 3-4 weeks with a gel mani. I am now a regular here and would highly recommend anyone else to come here! Thanks!!
