        Delaware Smile Center offers a full range of Dental Services including Orthodontics, Dental Implants, Family, and Cosmetic Dentistry. Delaware Smile Center was opened in 2008 by brothers Dr. Saqib Usmani and Dr. Sohaib Usmani. Both doctors are General Dentists and have extensive experience with dental implants, short-term orthodontics and are certified to provide IV sedation dentistry. In 2011 Dr. Sophia Usmani joined the practice as an Orthodontist. She specializes in child and adult orthodontic care. Thanks to our wonderful team of doctors, Delaware Smile center is able to provide patients with a variety of specialized dental procedures in one location.

        Dr. Usmani ws my childs dentist fr 3 years. 9- 2-14 she started with tooth pain... visit more than 10 times over the course of 4 mnth 13 year olds continued compnt of tooth pain, Dr. US mani told me he had compltd a root canal in that tooth kept telling us she needed a crown to stop the pain... ins required her to be 14 for it 2 b coverd... pain increased she cld nt eat.... dr off says..the insurance had not approved the crown.. but they req $700 up front. I called the insurance . the insurance infmd in sept... the claim was apprvd for a stainless steel crown! I was nvr informed.. dr ws waiting to do porcelaincrown which makes him more $! I took her to another dentist the nxt day... and found the root canal ws nvr done... but he did a filling touching her root!!! new dentist did a root canal asap!! 4-2-16 Update My daughter is still experiencing problems from this dentists work. She has had 3 root canals because this dentist filled all her teeth too close to the nerve.
