I Called this guy on a Wednesday to fix my central heat. He came out gave me an estimate told me he would have to "order the part and it would be in on Friday." I waited til Friday afternoon to call him just for him to tell me that "the part had not come in and it would be Tuesday" (Tuesday on the following week.)Tuesday comes and he's a NO SHOW and NO CALL! I called again and he said it would be Friday before the part came in. Well Friday came he never Showed up and never called. So my third time to call him and he says it will be in on the beginning of the next week. Well I had to just give up because the Central Air was not working either and I have been with out Air for a week and a half. I called another company to come out and to give me another estimate and it only took then 3 days to get the part and install it. And the to find out I needed more than one part because this guy didn't check to see if there was any other parts bad. Just beware!!
