Our child (one year old) was making baby sounds, and fussing. He was not crying or screaming, just fussing. My fiance picked him up, and he settled down, but the secretary kicked her out, stating that the child was "distracting". The only other woman in the office came outside and said that this is the second person she has seen kicked out for bringing a child with them.I called and demanded to speak to the office manager, and was told that he was too busy to speak with me. When pressed, the secretary informed me that they have the right to treat whomever they want, when they want. She then insisted she was too busy to talk with me because she had other patients to deal with. When I informed her that I knew she was lying because I could see there was no one else in the office, she hung up on me.In a city of horrible medical practitioners, this office is the worst I have ever seen. Unsure how you can be a "family" practice if you don't allow children in the office.
