Complete and utter disappointment with this bridal shop. An error was made in the ordering of one of my bridesmaids dresses and instead of correcting the problem, they took advantage of the fact my wedding was fast approaching and charged me for an additional dress to correct their own mistake! The owner even screamed at me over the phone as if I did something wrong and hung up on ME, the bride! They charged the capped price on alterations for me and my bridesmaids, even when minimal alterations were done and the alterations were done terribly to boot! My bustle broke an hour into my ceremony and my bridesmaids had threads and boning showing everywhere. I’ve put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, if you’d like to read more about this terrible ordeal.
