I went there today to look into buying a mattress, I made sure to ask about them extensively checking for bedbugs, and spraying them and and sanitizing them. The lady said they do all of that and know how to detect them and spray every 3 months so all the mattresses are clean and bug free. The lighting wasn't that good in the store, but when we brought the mattress outside and put it in my truck I got a better look at it, there were traces of bedbugs, black spots in the crevices and a shedded skin from bedbugs. I pointed it out to her and told her it was from bedbugs. She obviously had no idea what to look for and the signs of them. I was very disappointed because I thought I'd try buying from them and help out local businesses. Unfortunately, most of the reviews on here aren't so good, must say something about how they do business. Definitely not somewhere I'll be buying from. If you are going to buy a used mattress, do your research and know the signs of bugs and check extensively before spending money.

I bought a washer and dryer set from them and a refrigerator. No issues with the refrigerator or dryer but now I'm on my third issue. My washer is down and I can't get a hold of anyone in the office. Oh and don't forget about the $50 fee for them to come out. Someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought a washer & dryer, refrigerator, and stove, and also a set of twin mattress and boxed springs. They all are great appliances. Will defiantly keep them in mind for future purchases !!

Bought a washer and dryer set not even two years ago, woman there said belonged to her sister in law and was in top of the line shape.....had issues with dryer, was told was heating element, fixed for $60 , never worked right, just found out it was the motor from another company, washer has had issues with the cycles from the beginning, looking for it to quit soon. The woman who answers the phone is less than helpful with no customer service skills, still waiting for A call back.....sorry to all that I recommended this company to, but never fear, I found a new guy who is great! I would say zero stars but you have to give at least one......

I bought a washer and dryer set for 300 and side by side fridge for 250. The washer broke after 2 uses and they had to come out and fix it and it took them 2 days to complete. The fridge stopped getting cold so I called them back out for a third time, they came out, told me it is leaking and then said that they fixed it. I called them out a fourth time, they said they fixed it. And then it stopped getting cold again so I called them for a fifth time. They came out and said that they fixed it again, I asked why it is taking so many times to fix it and they said that it happens sometime. About a week later it stopped getting cold again. I then realized that they had just been charging the a/c in it and not repairing any leaks! I ended up having to throw away $120 worth of food the first time, and $160 the second time. I called them again to have them come out and all they would tell me is that my 60 day warranty is up and to come out and look at it it would be 75 dollars. They knew that they had been out 5 times previously but they kept "fixing it" to make it last until the warranty was up. I then told them that they need to buy it back from me and they said that they aren't buying fridges at this time BUT they will take it from me for free if i want.

Terrible repairs, terrible service, they lost a customer for good. And now when anyone asks me about them I tell them how it really is.
