TD Bank

The last time I visited the bank I did not like the fact that it wasn't busy and I was not able to open a new account because no one came to help me. The teller told me to wait in a waiting area that someone was going to attend me. The girl just walked past me went around the desk besides the same teller that told me someone would attend to me and she made a phone call. I then got tired of waiting so I made the line for a second time to get my check cashed and the teller left me waiting while another teller called out for the next customer. After the fact, the teller then said "excuse me" if I can push to the side while she attends the next customer. After a few minutes the teller came back and handed me my cash in an envelope and said thank you...while in my head I asked myself the teller did not ask me how I would like my bills and she did not count the money in front of me. I don't think I'm coming to this branch anymore. In the mean time, I also observed a man that seemed to be the manager very laid back...conversing with the other attendant that walked past me to make a phone call. The atmosphere there was very laid back and not to my liking.
