I am Armando and I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. I bought a Chrysler PT Cruiser there and my experience buying it was a nightmare. Everything was ok until the car broke from the transmission on the second day of driving it.

I was ok with that as they do have a 1 month guaranty. Nevertheless, a few unpleasant things happened.

First they sent it to some other mechanic garage and brought it the next day. They said it was ok. Great! Not really. the moment I drove it the same problem insisted. So I took it back again. They sent it to the garage again. This time, they took 7 days to fix the problem. They did not give me another car for me to go to work. I had to take the bus that whole week when I had paid a significant amount of down payment. They did not compensate me either in anyway. On The contrary it cost me because I fulled the tank; and when they finally gave me my car back, a quarter of my tank was wasted. Not only that, they gave me the car dirty with grease and with another defect that who knows how much time they are going to take fixing it. and no, I don't think they are going to compensate for anything. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to buy at this dealer because of their terrible customer service. They are offering me and every buyer an I pad for every customer we take and buys. Even so, I will not take anyone there.

The only good thing they do have is that they do fix your car after all.



Soy Armando y yo no recomendaría a nadie que esta concesión. He comprado un Chrysler PT Cruiser allí y mi experiencia de comprar era una pesadilla. Todo estaba bien hasta que el coche se rompió a partir de la transmisión en el segundo día de conducirlo.

Yo estaba bien con eso, ya que tienen una garantía de 1 mes. Sin embargo, algunas cosas desagradables ocurrieron.

Primero lo enviaron a otro garaje mecánico y lo devolvieron al día siguiente. Dijeron que estaba bien. Great! En realidad no. el dia siguiente en que lo conduje el mismo problema, insistió. Así que lo llevé de nuevo. Lo mandaron al garaje de nuevo. Esta vez, tomó 7 días para solucionar el problema. Ellos no me dieron otro coche para que me vaya a trabajar. Tuve que tomar el autobús que la semana entera cuando yo había pagado una cantidad significativa de cuota inicial. Ellos no me compensan bien de todos modos. Por el contrario, me costó porque fulled el tanque; y cuando finalmente me dieron mi coche de vuelta, se perdió un cuarto parte de mi tanque. No sólo eso, me dieron el coche sucio con grasa y con otro defecto que quién sabe cuánto tiempo va a tomar para arreglarlo. y no, no creo que van a compensar nada. Por lo tanto, yo no recomiendo a nadie a comprar a este cliente a causa de su servicio al cliente terrible. Ellos mí y todos los compradores están ofreciendo un I pad para cada cliente que llevemos y compre. Aun así, no voy a llevar a nadie allí.

Lo único bueno que tienen es que ellos arreglan tu coche después de todo.

I bought a car I Wing Motors which is located at 125 NW 27th Ave. Miami, FL 33125. The car is a very nice and I do not complaint about the payment. The people who works there is very unpleasant, wicked and. I meant who works in the office. The salesman was very professional. I do not recommend this dealer to anybody, because they are waiting the opportunity to reposition the car, when you do not expected it. Be safe and stay away of them.

My centrico, pequeño pero excelente. Compre mi carro en no mucho mas de una hora, muy buen servicio. El vendedor de primera y las muchachas de la oficina geniales. El que no me crea que vaya.

Great place , excellent customer service and the best cars in Miami .I recomend 100% .
