Tint Masters of Miami

I tried to use this business based on the reviews in order to have my auto windows tinted. I first tried to make an appointment. I spoke to Eddy and he tells me that he made an appointment for me for the next day at 4:00 pm. He asks me to call him the next day at 3:00 pm to confirm. I called him at 3:00 pm the next day and they tell me he's not there. I told the employee about my 4:00 pm appointment and he tells me they don't make appointments and that he has two cars in front of me and they close at 5:00 pm. I decided to try for the following day. Same thing happened the next day, they were too busy to fit me in and they don't make appointments. Based on the reviews here, I called a couple of days later and spoke to Orlando and he told me to bring it in first thing in the morning when they opened and he would take care of me. The next morning I drove out to the business location.



This is when I quickly realized that these reviews were fakes. Let me tell you how bad this place is. The front door was opened and there was no one there. The alarm goes off and no one shows up. Finally, someone shows up 15 minutes after their supposed to be opened. Orlando is nowhere in sight. Another customer and I enter the place. I was there first, but the employee drives his car to the back first. Then the cops show up because of the alarm. Then someone shows up in the back room and starts chatting to the only employee about how he can't actually find his car alarm. All this time the other customer and I are just standing around waiting. The top tint paper is about $175 for a four door car and $95 for the cheap tint. After all of the above, I decided to leave. Very unprofessional and low class place. Go elsewhere, unless you want to deal with business alarms going off, cops showing up and clueless employees. WARNING, THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKES!!!!!!!

Best service I've experienced in a window tinting business and the quality of work is great. They also make sure you get a 3m warranty card to prove you have real 3m film not like other places and the prices are very reasonable.

one of the best prices and work that I have found .They put high performance paper in the all windows for just $95.00 and 5 year warranty ,I wait only 1 hour .I recommended nice shop.
