I went to have my taxes prepared electronically, paid an unusually high fee, but thought this is a quality tax agency, oh well. Was informed that it would take up to 3-4 weeks since it was filed electronically. After one month, and checking with IRS, I was informed that my refund had NOT at all with IRS. Unfortunately, I was really counting on receiving this money to help with expenses that were seriously past due, and was looking forward to resolving them as expected.

Years of experience, and lots of friendly people. This is not your fancy CPA firm, but is a great asset in the community, which is primarily Afro-American. Better quality service that H&R Block or other wholesale tax services. If you need help in filing, own a home, operate a small business, or have a few investment portfolios, Mack should be able to provide a quality service in a reasonable period of time. Just don't wait until April 13th. Apparently he can also provide some other accounting services as well.
