Sunrise Party Rental

Do NOT use this company if you actually want to receive any rental or reach anyone to inquire. Absolute worst place. Never did receive our order, nor were we told there was that possibility. Good thing it was just a party of about 20, not a wedding or similarly important event. Terrible.

This is by far the WORST company to rent from! Customer service was at an all time low. I don't even know why this business still exists. I had an event on Sunday in sunrise FL. It was suppose to be pouring so we called Friday morning, rented a tent 15 chairs and a 4ft table. I had to call back at 6pm because I had not received any conformation after my credit card information was given. Anyway the processed the rental and I received the confirmation (which that too was hassle). Set upward scheduled for 12-1pm. At 1230- nothing! By this time it's pouring cats n dogs outside so I call to find out what the hold up is. The person on the phone says there is no record of my order. Now as upset as I was I asked what they could do for me because my event is in 1 hour. He says nothing I don't have ur order! My mother took over and explained that this was poor customer service as we were about to have an event. They then hung up on us!! And would not answer ANY calls from us! It gets worse. The credit card company confirmed a $310 charge on the card from sunrise party rental!!! No not rent from this company it's a scam!

I used this company to rent tables, chairs, napkins, dinner plates, desert plates, champagne glasses, forks and knives for my wedding... On the day of my wedding, the 200 white chairs were so dirty I had to wipe them down, the dishes and utensils had caked on food which I called n spoke with the manager about, I also took pictures of how dirty they were still sealed in their packages. The champagne glasses that came were incorrect. Can you imagine on the day of your wedding washing 100 dinner plates, 100 dessert plates, 100 forks, 100 knives, 100 champagne glasses and wiping 200 plastic white plastic chairs! The manager offered me a discount as well as a refund for the glasses, all this took place on the day if my wedding March 15th. Today is May 16th and still I have not received anything. I am still waiting on a manager to call me back, which should have taken place 48 hours after my call on May 7th. It feels as if I am fighting to speak to a manager and to get the money back to my account is ridiculous! The receptionist is also very rude and arrogant! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Well, I had the exact opposite experience. They were rude, inflexible and ultimately extremely unprofessional. I live in a condominium and needed the chairs and tables delivered to the clubhouse, which they said, and I quote, "we don't do that, we are not a freight company." After requesting a one hour call ahead; they called when they got to the building. I sent someone to receive it, since they would not carry them to the clubhouse, and they were not willing to wait. I spoke to the driver and the dispatcher and both were completely incompetent and unable to make their own decisions. After, a lot of back and forth the dispatcher, "Michael" told me that the owner, who never got on the phone, said, "start looking for tables and chair from somewhere else because we are not going to rent to you." This is the level of service and professionalism you can expect from "Economy Party and Tent Rental." Never again, a true sign of service is not what you do when everything goes right it what you do when there are challenges, and in my book these people get a Zero. Don't take your chances with a poor, unprofessional and inflexible company like this one. PS they got one star because there is noway to give them zero stars.

Unbelievable. After several days of searching different party rental companies, leaving messages with no calls back, and reaching disconnected numbers. Within an hour I had a quote with an extremely competitive price (the best I've seen), discussed details, even changed some of the items in the order, and had secured the order. STRONGLY recommend.

I received my quote witin 5 minutes of hanging up! That is a first. Got my second quote a week later, hand written and almost a thousand dollars higher!

Great party rental. They were very helpful and actually pick up the phone when you call. Big plus, they speak English! I called at least three other companies that could not speak English to me!
