Communication is the sole reason for the low rating - not responding to a "General Counsel Club" member / client's voice mail or email while promoting the "call us / contact us today" or "you can expect a response within 4 hours" image on their website is a bit difficult for me to reconcile.

I'm still in the midst of working out a filing that had some errors on the first go around. This writing is six weeks after notifying the firm of mistakes. The mistakes are not the issue. People make mistakes. Lack of communication is the issue.

Attorneys are leery of email. This if for a reason. I understand. Knowing this fact, I'd explicitly given them permission to use email for communication purposes and that I'd assume all risk in doing so, thereby eliminating any fiduciary reason on the attorney's part to avoid email. In short, I, as the paying client, told them to send me email if communication was needed irrespective of any risk to me.

Three days after notifying the firm of an error in my corporate records / notebook, Larry called me via phone stating I'd have corrected info "by Tuesday" or in about five business days. I was impressed. That was short lived.
Three and a half weeks later I received a portion of what was promised: corrected documents that required them changing one word in the original documents, reprinting on their letterhead, and sending them to me.

Six weeks (as of this writing) after notifying them of issues, I've yet to receive corrected / amended federal agency related filings. That's not the worst part. I've yet to receive any further communication on this portion after repeated emails and phone calls. Again, this is after having paid for a membership which as advertised should allow me some access to the firm. Of late this hasn't proven to be the case. Perhaps I will amend / update this writing once the firm has communicated about and amended the matters at hand.

Fantastic Firm! They attorneys are competent, knowledgeable, experienced and wouldn't settle on anything less than the best care for me. They do no do their due diligence, and when they receive return mail they say "oh well, the client's problem now".. cost me hundreds extra to correct what they've done..do not use this cookie cutter lawyer factory-they couldn't care less about their customers. They also do not know how to treat their customers with respect or answer calls..

Cheap incorporation price, but they will get you later. Don't dare ask for copies, they'll charge you more than $300.
