Spa & Nail Fever

I NEVER EVER write any reviews, but my experience was so bad that I have to make people aware of how ridiculous this place was. I went to get my manicure done and my experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! The receptionist was very friendly, I explained to her what I wanted and she told me a price.. which was later increased by the rude lady who had started me manicure. Upon me asking questions from the lady who was doing my manicure about the nail shapes and stuff she got rude and asked me to ask all the questions at once.. I called for the manager who's name is Mai, and she took over my manicure without any apology.. while she was doing my manicure she actually told me that you shouldn't expect everyone to be nice to you since everyone has a different nature.. and she continued with an extremely rude behavior to the point that she said next time you should go to other place. they don't care about their customers. I'm not going there, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. This is the first time in my life that ive walked out of some place without tipping.

They greet you ok, bad Vietnamese people , overworked, sloppiest nails i had in 20 years, bad attitude from the manager,over priced, crowded, wouldn't recommend it!!!

Finally found a nice nail salon in Miami. Just moved here and everyone I toured was horrible. This one is spacious with the spa pedicure chairs, not a bucket like some salons think is acceptable. They did a nice pedicure, offered beverages, didn't rush. I will be going here from now on - thank goodness I can stop looking! Very reasonably priced as well. ;)
