I have to mention that the price they quoted me over the phone was the same price when they showed up at my home and saw my coil. However, customer service during my phone conversation and the technician at my home was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable, and honest company.

I called Proserv America to get a price for a new air conditioner. The gentleman, Jesus, gave me a quote over the phone. He had someone over my house that same day to look at the work to be done, and an appointment was set to install the very next day. I was really impressed with the customer service; their pricing was honest and upfront and there were no hidden charges like other companies that I dealt with before calling them. They quoted me a price over the phone, but when they came to my house I received a completely different and much higher amount than what was originally quoted.
