Promenade at Kendale Lakes Condominium

Honestly, I have to be thankful for coming across the landlord to rent me this apartment when I was not in the best place. BUT with that said, the management of this condominium is the worst! They are annoyingly always trying to fine, leave notices, and just overall making it difficult to live there. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment had 1 parking assigned to me (which I paid for) and paid for the other 2 cars to have guest parking stickers. I worked late nights and when I arrived home all the parking in the whole complex where taken and so I would either have to park in a reserved spot (which I knew was not taken by anyone) or I guess they expected me to park somewhere other then my residents and they towed my car when I got home at 2am! The gate is constantly broken and all the fee's seem to go everywhere except towards maintenance! Seems that all the fee's go towards surveillance so that they can be nosy and peg more fee's on the residents! And then when you complain no one helps!
